ORDERING: To place a credit card order click on the shopping cart icon after each item's description. If you prefer to use a personal check or money order you can email me at: jim@james-katz.com with the item number, your payment method & shippinng address. Payment is required within 7 days. In cases where you require an extension to the 7 day limit, please include that information in your purchase order.
Make personal checks, cashier checks and money orders payable to: James Katz. I will ship your order immediately upon receipt if you pay by money order or cashier's check. Personal checks may be held until they clear -- around 7- 10 business days before item is shipped.
SHIPPING: All items are shipped through the United States Post Office. Shipping charges including insurance will be furnished to you when I acknowledge your order inquiry.
RETURNS: If upon receipt you have a problem with your purchase, please let me know via e-mail as soon as possible. I have a 7 day return policy. If you are not pleased with the item, it can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping/insurance costs. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. The item, when returned, must be insured for the original value and must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. In rare cases I will deduct an additional restocking fee for difficult to ship items and for international shipments. If I am responsible for the error, I will not deduct fees and I will refund shipping charges as well.
